Ingredients:
- 2 cups of fresh pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- Cooking spray
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the fresh pumpkin seeds, olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss them well to coat the seeds evenly with the seasoning.
- Take a baking sheet and lightly coat it with cooking spray to prevent the seeds from sticking.
- Spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the seeds for about 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Be sure to stir the seeds every 5 minutes for even roasting.
- Once roasted, remove the pumpkin seeds from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
